About Quality Care Preference

Quality Care Preference provides substance abuse counseling and DOT SAP evaluations for adults across Wisconsin and Nebraska. In Nebraska, all services are delivered virtually. The program is designed to support recovery from addiction through individualized treatment and ongoing guidance. By using trauma-informed, community-based care, they help clients move toward healthier and more stable futures.

The center follows a person-centered model, adjusting each plan to meet the specific needs of the individual. Clients may receive evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to strengthen coping skills and promote lasting progress with support from skilled, caring counselors.

In addition to counseling, Quality Care Preference offers non-emergency medical transportation in Milwaukee and DOT-compliant return-to-duty SAP assessments. Appointments are available by schedule, and the focus on inclusivity helps ensure a supportive environment throughout every stage of the recovery process.
