About Queen of Peace Center
Queen of Peace Center (QOPC) provides structured substance use disorder treatment programs tailored for women and their families. Programs are offered across different levels of care, including CSTAR Residential Treatment, which delivers round-the-clock support at Cathedral Tower, and CSTAR Outpatient Treatment, which includes daytime services with limited evening availability. QOPC also offers long-term housing options. The center’s treatment approach addresses substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions and uses trauma-informed care throughout. Services are designed mainly for women ages 18 to 70+, including women who are pregnant or postpartum, along with children up to age 12 who may live with their mothers, as well as at-risk youth and families impacted by substance use.
