About A Bridge to Recovery
Bridge To Recovery offers outpatient care for adults facing substance abuse, eating disorders, sex addiction, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Its intensive outpatient program (IOP) helps clients continue meeting everyday responsibilities while participating in a structured recovery schedule. Because women’s experiences may differ from men’s, Bridge To Recovery provides gender-specific groups designed to encourage participants to be more open and honest. The program follows the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, and participants are expected to attend 12-Step meetings.
Bridge To Recovery’s IOP combines weekly individual therapy with group therapy sessions held three times per week, with each group meeting lasting three hours. Treatment also incorporates evidence-based approaches, along with art therapy. Loved ones can join a weekly Friends and Family Night to better understand addiction and learn ways to support someone in recovery. Bridge To Recovery is accredited by Joint Commission and works with a wide range of private insurance plans.
