About The Emily Program for Adolescents Anna Westin House St. Paul

The Emily Program has brought its residential treatment to St. Paul, Minnesota as part of its ongoing mission to deliver proven, high-quality care for eating disorders. The program was founded in honor of Anna Westin, a Chaska resident who passed away in 2000 after struggling with an eating disorder. Since its beginning, The Emily Program has grown into a full range of services, including day treatment, intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), residential support, and outpatient care. It serves both adults and adolescents who may also be dealing with additional mental health concerns. The Anna Westin House in St. Paul was created to offer residential treatment tailored to adolescents and young adults. Residents take part in group therapy, individual sessions, and structured therapeutic meals and snacks. Programming may include psychotherapy, family therapy, nutrition support, art therapy, medical evaluations and ongoing monitoring, psychiatric appointments, and other clinical services. Each person’s plan is customized to reflect their goals and needs.

Located in the calm community of St. Anthony Park, The Anna Westin House is a modern facility built to support recovery in a comfortable, supportive environment. Clients can work on coping skills, take care of everyday needs, and unwind during their stay. The home features welcoming shared spaces with WiFi, comfortable seating, and on-site laundry. Licensed teachers coordinate residents’ schoolwork with their home schools, helping ensure that education remains a priority throughout treatment. The Emily Program is CARF-accredited and works with most private insurance plans.
