The Emily Program has broadened its residential services to the Twin Cities as part of a continued commitment to delivering proven, high-quality care for eating disorders. The Anna Westin Houses are named to honor a Chaska woman who passed away in 2000 after struggling with an eating disorder. Today, The Emily Program offers a full range of options, including day treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient services (IOP), residential treatment, and outpatient services.

The Anna Westin House in St. Paul was created to deliver residential care for adults of all genders. Residents take part in group programming and individual therapy sessions, and they also receive structured therapeutic meals and snacks. The program may include psychotherapy, family therapy, nutrition-focused services, art therapy, medical evaluations and ongoing monitoring, psychiatric appointments, and additional supports. Each person’s plan is tailored to address their individual needs and goals.

The facility is designed to feel modern and home-like, helping clients feel secure and at ease as they work toward recovery. Nursing staff are available on-site and provide medical supervision throughout the day and night, supported by therapists, physicians, and dietitians. Clients receive nutritious meals and snacks, along with nutrition counseling to reinforce recovery.
