About Saint Paul Sober Living

St. Paul Sober Living (SPSL) is a full-service sober living program in the Twin Cities area, created to help people recovering from substance use disorders. The center offers several care options, including the PLUS program, a structured sober living approach focused on developing a long-term, stable sober routine, as well as the TRADITIONAL program, which supports recovery through regular sobriety oversight and opportunities to work with Certified Recovery Specialists. SPSL also operates in Colorado, where it blends its established recovery philosophy with the natural setting of Aspen Valley.
