About Eosis

EOSIS Eagan is a program for outpatient treatment of adults dealing with substance use conditions, providing a complete continuum of care. The center focuses on the individual, using a holistic approach that connects mind, body, and spirit to help each person move toward sustainable recovery. EOSIS Eagan is CARF-accredited and committed to maintaining the highest quality of treatment.

The program offers co-ed services for adults age 18 and older. Each participant receives a customized plan that may include group and one-on-one therapy, skill-building workshops, and educational films and lectures. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) is held Monday through Thursday, with options for sessions from 9 AM to noon and from 5 PM to 8 PM, as well as through virtual participation. Treatment is supported by a team of licensed alcohol and drug counselors who are prepared to assist patients throughout their own recovery process.
