About Oasis Recovery Bradford
Oasis Recovery Bradford is a residential rehabilitation service that focuses on detoxification under full medical supervision. The team can handle the full process on-site, including more complex detox cases and situations that call for a higher level of medical attention. The center offers 17 en-suite bedrooms designed for comfort and ease, along with nutritious meals prepared by a chef, access to a jacuzzi bath, and regular nursing support.
Following detox, residents move into structured residential rehabilitation with a balanced schedule of clinical and holistic activities, alongside periods for rest and reflection. Each day typically starts with meditation, then includes group sessions. Afternoons alternate between workshops on specific themes, community meetings, sound therapy, and yoga, with opportunities to go for a walk or make a phone call before dinner. In the evenings, the programme may include fellowship meetings, TV and other entertainment, as well as time to complete assignments. When possible, the chef also works to accommodate individual dietary requirements.
