About Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation

Situated in a calm, secure suburban setting in the Twin Cities area, Hazelden Betty Ford’s Chaska, Minnesota location offers outpatient addiction treatment for adults 18 and older. At this Hazelden Betty Ford outpatient center in Chaska, care is provided in a gender-specific format. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) includes substance use treatment meetings that may start up to four days per week.

During treatment, each client works closely with a counselor to regularly evaluate progress and fine-tune how often and what areas of support are needed. Since every person’s situation is different, Betty Ford Chaska delivers treatment that is tailored to individual goals and needs. Options may include a 12-Step approach, individual and group therapy, educational programming, and mental health services that address co-occurring conditions. Specialized groups are also available. For clients who need additional flexibility, virtual outpatient mental health services are offered for anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), including online sessions for couples and family counseling.

The Betty Ford Foundation is endorsed by numerous insurance providers for its leadership, evidence-based practices, research, and training in addiction treatment, across both residential and outpatient programs. The organization is accredited by the Joint Commission, certified by LegitScript, and is a member of NAATP.
