About Solutions Behavioral Healthcare
Spanning multiple sites throughout Minnesota, this nonprofit organization provides outpatient mental health support along with its Autism Innovation in Motion (AIM) clinic. The center serves individuals who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other behavioral concerns by using evidence-based treatment. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and on Fridays visits end at 3:00 PM.
Clients benefit from caring, personalized treatment delivered by a multidisciplinary team that includes licensed therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists. Therapy options include individual, family, group, and couples sessions, using proven methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches. The program also offers psychological evaluations, rehabilitative services, school-related programming, and focused case management.
Through the AIM clinic, Solutions provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Following a detailed behavioral assessment, specialists create individualized treatment plans aimed at improving social, emotional, and communication skills. Care is provided in home and office settings, along with parent coaching, staff training, and ongoing progress reviews to support continued gains.
