About Biomed Behavioral Health Services
Bio Medical Behavioral Health System offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) that pairs evidence-based medications with guidance from trained counselors to support individuals with opioid dependence. The clinical team develops individualized treatment plans tailored to each person, using approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing. Care is designed around the patient’s unique strengths, preferences, and recovery goals, addressing the full range of needs that influence long-term wellbeing and freedom from substance use. Throughout treatment, staff work closely with patients to build skills and motivation for healthier, substance-free living.
The center provides a range of therapy options to support mental and emotional health during recovery. Patients can participate in individualized one-on-one counseling sessions that focus on their personal circumstances. Group therapy is also available, offering opportunities to connect with others facing similar challenges. Behavioral therapy helps clients form healthier routines, learn effective coping tools, and strengthen relapse prevention strategies that support sustained progress.
In addition, the facility coordinates extra services to promote overall recovery. AcuDetox is offered as a five-point ear acupuncture program aimed at helping ease anxiety, reduce cravings, and lower stress levels. Staff also support patients in finding and accessing relevant social resources. The center additionally offers vaccine programs to help safeguard patients and the broader community during the recovery journey.
