About Eleanor Health

The Eleanor addiction and mental health clinic offers outpatient support for people facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Their clinicians provide individualized care, including private therapy, psychiatry, and tailored treatment plans designed for each person’s needs. For individuals dealing with addiction, Eleanor’s outpatient programs include private therapy, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and psychiatric services. The center also offers addiction treatment for pregnant women. Many of the staff members bring more than clinical training—they also have firsthand experience with mental health issues or their own recovery journey, which can strengthen the guidance and reassurance they offer.

When clients require extra help, Eleanor helps connect them with resources for transportation, food security, housing, and other key supports. The clinic also provides resources and services specifically aimed at LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities.
