About Overstory Health

Overstory Health provides daytime treatment and intensive outpatient programs (IOP), offering flexible options that include virtual sessions, daytime, and evening appointments, specifically aimed at adults facing mental health challenges. They also offer medication management when required, integrating psychoeducation, case management, and evidence-based therapies in both individual and group formats to provide comprehensive and intensive support.

At Overstory Health, program groups are capped at 10 individuals or fewer to ensure a supportive environment tailored to each client's requirements. The day treatment program, known as the partial hospitalization program, runs five days a week for four hours each day, while the IOP occurs three days a week for three hours per session, allowing participants to maintain other responsibilities outside of their treatment. A typical day includes a group reflection and personal check-in, followed by discussion-based psychotherapy and peer support, concluding with a skills development session. The program focuses on cultivating essential skills such as emotional regulation, handling challenging situations, and effective communication.
