About Avenues Recovery Center
Avenues Recovery at Eastern Shore is a distinctive, community-oriented residential treatment program that creates individualized plans for each person. The center offers several levels of care for clients at different points in recovery, including medical detox, residential treatment, intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient services. Avenues Recovery focuses on healing the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—and as clients move forward, their care plans are adjusted to match their needs. Treatment may include life skills, wellness and nutrition support, help with social responsibility, financial accountability, and strengthening family values, along with one-on-one counseling, group therapy, medication management, and 12-Step support.
Avenues Recovery also operates inpatient and outpatient rehab programs across the United States. Avenues Recovery at Eastern Shore is based in Cambridge, Maryland. The welcoming setting is designed to promote long-term recovery, and clients can take advantage of local transportation, evening 12-Step meetings, gourmet catered meals, a modern fitness center, and engaging activities during nights and weekends. The program accepts most private insurance plans and is accredited by CARF and The Joint Commission.
