About Sheppard Pratt
Set close to the center of Towson, within a few minutes of popular shopping, restaurants, and key roadways, this campus offers a broad array of mental health care in a peaceful suburban environment. Services are available for issues such as depression, anxiety, psychosis, eating disorders, ADHD, and other behavioral and emotional concerns. People of all ages, including adults, teens, and children, can receive treatment through inpatient care, day hospital programs, or outpatient services.
Care is delivered using evidence-based approaches designed to guide each individual’s recovery. Patients may receive cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), medication management, family counseling, and psychoeducation. Together, these treatments strengthen coping strategies, reduce symptoms, and help clients transition back to everyday life with greater confidence and stability.
As one of several campuses, the Towson site delivers some of the most extensive services in the area. It also features specialized programs for eating disorders, neuropsychiatric needs, and child and adolescent treatment. With a range of therapeutic options and multidisciplinary, expert-led teams, this campus provides tailored support in a secure, structured setting.
