About Guardian Recovery
Pine Tree Recovery offers detox, inpatient residential care, and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for people dealing with addiction as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. Their treatment approach combines several strategies, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT), clinically proven therapies, holistic wellness options, and peer support groups, many of which are organized by gender. Pine Tree Recovery brings together licensed physicians, therapists, and nurses to provide clients with a focused, structured recovery experience. Before care begins, each person completes detailed medical, psychosocial, and psychological assessments. Clients are also supported by an individual case manager who coordinates services and adapts the plan to fit their specific circumstances.
At Pine Tree Recovery, the clinical team supervises the detox process and can provide medications when appropriate to promote safety and comfort, either as needed or by client preference. Detox usually lasts between 3 and 7 days, though the overall timeline varies based on the individual. Detox services begin on the first floor of the facility. During detox and residential treatment, clients may choose a private room. Nutritious meals are prepared on site by the center’s chefs, supporting overall wellness throughout the program. After residential care, clients transition to IOP on the second floor.
The IOP component at Pine Tree Recovery runs for eight weeks and is held on site from Monday through Thursday. Sessions last about three hours and are offered in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Participants start working with a 12-Step program during IOP to strengthen community ties and improve relapse prevention skills. Pine Tree Recovery can also help coordinate travel to the center and provides meals for IOP clients. If a client does not already have one, an additional case manager is assigned for the outpatient phase. Virtual outpatient options are available as well.
Pine Tree Recovery emphasizes comfort and safety throughout treatment. The center offers optional private rooms, chef-prepared meals, and comfortable lounge spaces. To create a more personal setting, IOP group sizes remain small, with groups of up to 12 clients. Pine Tree Recovery also includes a family program, featuring psychoeducational workshops and family support coordinated through case management.
