About Imagine Recovery

Imagine Recovery is a supportive community designed for individuals facing challenges related to addiction and mental health. The center offers various outpatient programs, including partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and a sober living environment. Alongside addiction treatment and co-occurring disorders, Imagine's progressive recovery methods also address issues such as anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, emphasizing core mental health care.

The duration of the programs ranges from 4 to 6 weeks for PHP and 10 weeks for IOP. PHP sessions are held from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 3 pm, while IOP sessions occur on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10 am to 1 pm. Programs maintain a cap of 10 participants and are delivered by licensed professionals, fostering a close-knit atmosphere. Treatment hinges on evidence-based practices, including dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodrama, narrative therapy, life skills training, and the 12-Step philosophy. Mindfulness plays an integral role, with wellness activities that incorporate music, art, yoga, and nature.

The 12-week Mental Health Outpatient Program (OP) at Imagine consists of individual therapy sessions each week, alongside a therapeutic group meeting lasting three hours and accommodating up to 10 individuals, guided by two experienced therapists. OP clients benefit from DBT phone coaching with available clinicians, accessible by phone and text 24/7. The center also offers weekly alumni and aftercare sessions, family education and support programs, and counseling for families and couples.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of New Orleans, Louisiana, Imagine Recovery provides a tranquil environment for all participants. The center will assist you in verifying your benefits and discussing your insurance coverage regarding treatment costs.
