About BHG Monroe Treatment Center
Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is a major outpatient addiction care provider that works with referral partners to help people rebuild their lives after opioid use. Using evidence-based methods, BHG’s multidisciplinary team combines medication-assisted treatment (MAT), individual and group counseling, and comprehensive wraparound supports, adjusting the plan to match each patient’s personal recovery objectives.
With 114 treatment centers in 22 states, BHG operates as the largest Joint Commission-accredited outpatient treatment network in the United States. This wide presence helps the organization deliver consistent, high-quality care across locations, reaching more than 43,000 patients each day. Published results indicate that 92% of patients report better quality of life and mental health, 83% experience reduced substance use, and 45% obtain employment during the first year of treatment.
BHG also belongs to the 4.2% of national treatment providers that make available all three FDA-approved medications for opioid use disorder, along with counseling and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) in selected sites. Its person-centered strategy is designed to improve retention in treatment, lower opioid use, reduce risky behaviors, and support sustained long-term recovery.
