About Center for Behavioral Health Kentucky, LLC

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is a major provider of outpatient addiction care, working alongside referral partners to help people recover from opioid use. The center uses research-backed methods and a multidisciplinary team that combines medication-assisted treatment (MAT), counseling, and wraparound support, with services shaped to match each person’s specific objectives and recovery plan.

With 114 treatment centers in 22 states, BHG is the largest Joint Commission-accredited outpatient network in the United States. This national scale helps the organization apply uniform best practices across its sites and support more than 43,000 patients each day. Its reported results indicate that 92% of patients see improvements in quality of life and mental health, 83% experience reduced substance use, and 45% gain employment during their first year of treatment.

BHG is also part of the 4.2% of treatment providers nationwide that offer all three FDA-approved medications for opioid use disorder, together with counseling and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) at certain locations. Through a whole-person model, BHG focuses on helping individuals stay engaged in care, lowering opioid use, reducing risky behaviors, and supporting lasting recovery.
