About Lifeline Recovery Center Women's Campus

Lifeline Recovery Center is a faith-oriented residential rehabilitation facility located in Paducah, Kentucky, featuring distinct campuses for men and women. The center’s goal is to provide Christ-centered assistance for those dealing with addiction, aiming to guide individuals toward spiritual rejuvenation, mental clarity, and physical health. Key principles of the center include accountability, faith, and adherence to the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Clients contribute to their treatment costs through income earned while undergoing the program and can utilize insurance or personal funds for the remainder. Since it opened its doors in 2004, Lifeline has aided over 2,000 individuals, achieving a reported 60% success rate for maintaining sobriety after one year, alongside a 100% job placement rate throughout the program.

Lifeline is actively enhancing its offerings, having recently transitioned its men's campus to a larger 45-acre property to accommodate more clients, with plans to relocate the women's campus to a similar facility nearby. The program follows an abstinence-based model and incorporates the 12-step Celebrate Recovery framework, combining Bible study, counseling, volunteer work, job skills development, and job opportunities. Group sessions address valuable subjects such as exercise, peer support, Christian living, parenting, managing anger, and achieving financial stability.

The rehabilitation timeline for clients spans 9 to 12 months and is divided into three distinct phases. The first phase emphasizes counseling, Bible study, and peer support. In the second phase, clients engage in full-time work while starting to integrate back into society. The final phase offers transitional housing with ongoing support. Upon successful completion of all phases, clients receive a certificate of achievement.

Lifeline does not incorporate medication-assisted treatment (MAT) in its processes. The center employs over 40 staff members, many of whom are alumni of the program, and benefits from the support of more than 75 community volunteers.

Clients at Lifeline can start writing letters to their families immediately. After two weeks, they are permitted to make weekly phone calls using a landline. Once they secure employment, clients gain restricted access to a cell phone, enabling them to handle their responsibilities while staying committed to recovery. Smoking is allowed in designated areas, and transportation is provided for work and court appointments, with volunteers assisting in client transport to fulfill their obligations.
