About Isaiah House
Real Hope Behavioral Health is part of Isaiah House, Kentucky’s largest community-focused nonprofit organization dedicated to addiction recovery. Built around Christian principles and research-informed treatment methods, Isaiah House provides a faith-based, whole-person continuum of care, with Real Hope functioning as the outpatient option.
Real Hope Behavioral Health offers both intensive outpatient (IOP) and standard outpatient (OP) services. These programs are meant for individuals who benefit from ongoing treatment but do not require a residential setting. Care plans often include medication-assisted therapy (MAT), one-on-one and group counseling, peer support, family or marital therapy, and case management. Depending on needs, the center can also arrange DUI evaluations, court-ordered assessments, crisis support, parenting education, and aftercare planning.
Real Hope Behavioral Health is CARF-accredited. The center accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance plans, and it also provides self-pay and sliding scale payment choices based on income to help reduce barriers to care. By combining evidence-based approaches with Christ-centered values, Real Hope helps individuals find a steady, encouraging route to recovery while managing the daily realities of addiction.
