About A New Leaf Mental Health and Wellness
A New Leaf Mental Health and Wellness Center offers full support for people facing substance abuse challenges. Services include assessments, outpatient care, a 12-hour OWI class, and a 48-hour OWI weekend program that combines evidence-based methods with wellness approaches. The center also offers an e-therapy option for participants whether they are local or elsewhere, and regardless of where the arrest took place.
Treatment options include individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and e-therapy. The center also conducts substance abuse evaluations for individuals who are court-ordered or referred through probation, DHS, employers, or self-referral. They provide an Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) DOT drunk driving class that meets requirements set by the Iowa Department of Education and the Iowa Department of Transportation. In addition, they run a 48-Hour weekend Jail Diversion Program, featuring a 12-hour curriculum.
