About CleanSlate Centers

CleanSlate Centers is an outpatient rehabilitation facility focused on behavioral health services and specialized treatment for addiction. Based in Richmond, Indiana, the center’s professional staff works closely with each client to develop an individualized plan for recovery. The outpatient setting also offers support for co-occurring mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma, to promote recovery in a whole-person way.

At CleanSlate, licensed clinicians treat alcohol and opioid dependency using medication-assisted treatment (MAT). This research-backed approach uses FDA-approved medications such as Suboxone and Vivitrol to help reduce withdrawal discomfort. For the best outcomes, MAT is typically paired with counseling and additional behavioral health services. The center also offers a dedicated program for pregnant women, with medical supervision designed to safeguard the health of both parent and child.

CleanSlate provides medication-assisted treatment, as well as individual and group therapy, including family therapy. After discharge, clients can receive help with housing arrangements, transportation, employment guidance, and aftercare planning through certified recovery coaches. CleanSlate is CARF-accredited and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance. The Muncie office is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. New patients can also attend walk-in hours Monday through Thursday from 9:30 to 11:30 AM and 1:30 to 3:30 PM, and on Friday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
