About Groups Recover Together

Just a short 5-minute drive from the Owsley Museum of Art, this outpatient rehabilitation center creates a peaceful, community-centered setting for people working through opioid addiction. Linked to a statewide network of 29 treatment locations, it delivers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) along with face-to-face support Monday through Thursday, helping keep the recovery process nearby and easy to access.

Clients take part in research-based programs such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and the matrix model. These approaches support coping with past trauma, regulating emotions, and lowering the risk of relapse. The center also provides substance use education, aftercare coordination, discharge planning, and sign language support so that communication and participation are inclusive.

Care is built around FDA-approved Suboxone to help with withdrawal and cravings, combined with weekly group sessions that strengthen peer support and responsibility. A dedicated team of counselors, clinicians, and recovery specialists provides guidance throughout the process. With 24/7 intake and online scheduling, starting treatment and moving forward can feel realistic and within reach.
