About Groups Recover Together
Located about an 8-minute drive from Kokomo City Hall, this outpatient rehabilitation center is positioned for convenient access, regular appointments, and strong ties to the local community. As one of 29 Indiana locations, it offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction, using Suboxone or buprenorphine, with face-to-face services available Monday through Friday.
Clients benefit from evidence-based programming, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and the matrix model. Together, these therapies help patients work through trauma, manage anger, and strengthen relapse prevention skills, supporting emotional stability and sustained recovery. The center also provides substance use education, discharge planning, aftercare coordination, and sign language support for people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
In addition to in-person treatment, the center supports remote care through a mobile app for opioid use disorder. With scheduled video sessions, virtual group therapy, and secure messaging, the app creates a consistent structured format that helps patients stay engaged, connect with peers, and continue treatment with reliable clinical results.
