About Shalom Healthcare Center

The 34th Street clinic provides mental health services to individuals and families, helping address depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. Care is delivered through outpatient programs, with telemedicine available so patients can participate in treatment in the manner that works best for their situation. Using both in-person and remote counseling allows clients to stay involved in their care while still handling everyday responsibilities. With support from an HRSA grant, Shalom has recruited five additional clinical professionals. Together, this larger team offers behavioral health treatment for a wider set of mental health and substance use concerns, expanding the clinic’s overall capacity. The added staff and specialized experience strengthen access to care and help ensure that more individuals and families receive steady, effective support throughout recovery and long-term well-being.
