About Groups Recover Together
Located just 5 minutes from the Castleton Square shopping area, this outpatient rehabilitation center delivers community-focused support to people working through substance use recovery. Operating as one of 29 centers across Indianapolis, it offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use, with face-to-face services available Monday through Thursday to align care with each person’s progress.
Care is grounded in proven treatment methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and the matrix model. These evidence-based programs help individuals work through trauma, manage anger, and strengthen relapse prevention skills to support emotional balance and sustained recovery. Additional services include education on substance use, discharge planning, aftercare coordination, and sign language support for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.
The center uses FDA-approved suboxone to help ease withdrawal symptoms and lower cravings, alongside weekly group therapy sessions. Clients are supported by a caring team of substance use counselors, recovery support specialists, and licensed clinicians. Intake specialists are on hand 24/7 to answer questions and help clients arrange appointments online at a time that works best for them.
