About CleanSlate Centers
In Indianapolis, CleanSlate Centers is an outpatient provider focused on behavioral health services and specialized addiction care. The clinical team works alongside each client to develop an individualized plan for recovery, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults struggling with alcohol and opioid addiction. By using MAT, clients can better control withdrawal symptoms and lower cravings, while also receiving coordinated help for related mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, and trauma through the outpatient program.
At CleanSlate, licensed clinicians deliver Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for individuals who are physically dependent on alcohol or opioids. This treatment is grounded in evidence and uses FDA-approved medications such as Suboxone and Vivitrol to support clients during withdrawal and stabilization. For the best outcomes, MAT is typically paired with counseling and mental health services. CleanSlate also offers a dedicated program for pregnant patients, with medical supervision aimed at protecting the health of both the mother and the baby.
CleanSlate provides a structured, personalized approach to treatment. Care plans are tailored to each person’s needs and may include MAT, individual and group therapy, family therapy, and aftercare guidance from certified recovery coaches, along with coordinated follow-up support. The program can also help with practical needs such as housing, transportation, and employment after discharge. CleanSlate is CARF-accredited and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance. The North Meridian site operates Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. New patient walk-in hours are available Monday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, and on Friday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The center is also within walking distance of several bus stations, helping make services more accessible.
