About CleanSlate Centers
In Indianapolis, CleanSlate Centers operates as an outpatient rehabilitation facility focused on behavioral health services and targeted addiction care. The treatment team works directly with each client to develop an individualized path to recovery, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults struggling with alcohol and opioid use disorders. MAT can lessen cravings, support the management of withdrawal symptoms, and provide a structured way to address additional mental health concerns. Through their outpatient services, clients also receive help for related issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
At CleanSlate, licensed clinicians deliver medication-assisted treatment for individuals who experience physical dependence on alcohol or opioids. This research-supported model uses FDA-approved medications, including Suboxone and Vivitrol, to make withdrawal more tolerable. For the best outcomes, MAT is typically paired with counseling and mental health programming. The center also offers specialized programming for pregnant individuals, including medical monitoring to support the health of both mother and child.
CleanSlate provides a complete, personalized care plan that reflects each person’s needs. Services include MAT, individual and group therapy, family therapy, and aftercare guidance from certified recovery coaches, along with coordinated continuing support. Discharge planning may include help with housing, transportation, and employment resources. CleanSlate is CARF-accredited and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance. The East Washington site operates Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 8 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM. In addition to its regular hours, this location offers walk-in availability for new patients Monday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, and on Friday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The facility is also located within walking distance of several bus stops, making it convenient to reach.
