About Human Service Center

Trillium Place’s Pregnancy and Postpartum Women’s Substance Use Program provides outpatient care designed specifically for pregnant and new mothers who are dealing with substance use concerns. The program focuses on substance use disorders during pregnancy and after delivery, offering education, family-centered treatment, and referrals to key services and supports.

Participants take part in both one-on-one and group sessions, receive comprehensive recovery assistance, and can access parenting support designed to strengthen both mother and child. The program also creates family support plans to promote stability and engagement among loved ones. In addition, it helps arrange transportation to medical appointments so participants can maintain consistent, whole-person care. The program is guided by trained staff and specialists, including case managers, peer recovery support specialists, family educators, and doula or recovery coaches, and it centers recovery around the entire family.
