About SunCloud Health SC

SunCloud Health supports adults and adolescents who are dealing with substance use, eating disorders, mood disorders, and PTSD and trauma through an integrated approach to care. The center, based in Lincoln Park, is designed to address the full scope of each person’s wellbeing by focusing on the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors that contribute to different conditions, so patients receive a more complete treatment plan. Programming includes intensive outpatient services and day treatment, with offerings tailored for adolescents as well as adults.

SunCloud provides a range of research-informed therapies, including individual and group counseling, 12-Step facilitation, psychiatric services, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and family support. Together, these services give both adults and adolescents practical skills to support recovery. The clinical team consists of licensed mental health professionals trained to meet the needs of both age groups and to help individuals work through the mental health challenges they face.

Treatment at SunCloud Health is planned around the individual, taking into account each patient’s history, specific circumstances, and day-to-day life, with the aim of creating a personalized pathway that supports long-term recovery. The center combines a trauma-informed mindset with a harm-reduction focus, helping patients heal in a way that matches their own pace and is sustainable.

In addition to its Lincoln Park location, SunCloud Health runs three other clinics across Chicago that provide care for eating disorders, substance use, and a variety of mental health concerns. Those sites also offer specialized services such as medication support for treatment-resistant depression, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and therapy. Residential treatment is available at these locations as well, alongside outpatient options across Chicagoland, while maintaining the same holistic philosophy.
