About Gateway Foundation

In Chicago, the center provides a sober living program along with the option of outpatient therapy to guide clients throughout their recovery process. The sober living program is intended for people who have completed residential treatment and still benefit from continued structure and support. The center employs evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care to work with the physical, emotional, and mental effects of addiction. A dedicated, experienced staff helps individuals develop the skills needed for long-term sobriety. Services include individual counseling, group therapy, and family support, creating a full and flexible plan based on each client’s circumstances. Emphasizing holistic healing, the program also focuses on helping clients build a healthier and more meaningful future.
