The CARE-CFD Model supports a weight-inclusive, trauma-centered approach to eating, helping clients strengthen a healthier and more balanced relationship with food. Treatment plans are tailored to each person and focus on root causes of eating disorders, as well as any co-occurring mental health concerns.
