About Clarvida
Clarvida Behavioral Health in Nampa provides outpatient mental health and behavioral health care for people of all ages. The center supports a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma, autism spectrum disorders, early psychosis, co-occurring disorders, and serious mental illness. Services are coordinated by a multidisciplinary team that includes therapists, peer specialists, nurses, and care managers, working together to create treatment plans based on each individual’s objectives.
Clarvida uses a trauma-informed, research-supported set of treatment methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). The center also offers targeted programs such as Early Serious Mental Illness (ESMI), Youth Empowerment Services (YES), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). The IOP includes structured individual, group, and family therapy for adolescents ages 13–18 and for adults 19 and older. The program focuses on strengthening coping skills, enhancing communication, and promoting greater independence. Referrals are needed, and sessions can be provided either in person or via telehealth, based on what each person requires.
Along with therapy, Clarvida offers case management, peer and family support, respite care, and behavioral services for youth. Treatment Foster Care is available for children with emotional or behavioral challenges. The center works with multiple insurance options, including Medicaid, and may provide sliding-scale or income-based choices to help make care more accessible.
