Hidden in Southeastern Florida, ViaMar Health provides treatment for eating disorders and related mental health concerns for both children and adults. Care is delivered through residential, PHP, and IOP levels, guided by personalized treatment plans. Programming is tailored to each patient, with group activities refreshed every week to reflect evolving clinical needs. Clients also receive individualized 1-on-1 therapy and group therapy, along with nutritional support designed around their specific goals. The approach is evidence-based and trauma-informed, using methods such as motivational interviewing, equine therapy, EMDR, and family therapy. While ViaMar Health focuses on eating disorders, it also supports conditions including depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma/PTSD, and OCD.
ViaMar offers age-appropriate programming, including separate care for adolescents aged 12–18. Intensive family treatment is available for both adults and adolescents to support healing and progress for the whole family. The campuses feature calm, welcoming spaces, with shared bedrooms, yoga, and outdoor seating. The residential setting accommodates up to 14 clients at a time.
