Treatment is individualized, with each man receiving a plan tailored to his specific needs. With prayer, peer support, and ongoing education, Fresh Start assists men in strengthening their mindset, health, and spiritual life. Residents stay in transitional housing where expectations promote healthy routines. They go to work during the day and come back by 6 p.m. for meals, classes, and counseling.
