About Pace Inc

Situated on Kirkwood Highway near Grendon Farms Park, Sanare Today Wilmington (formerly known as Pace, Inc.) provides adults in the Wilmington region with intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment for a wide range of mental health concerns. Services include care for ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, codependency, depression, grief, OCD, PTSD, suicidality, self-harm, and trauma. The center also supports people dealing with substance use disorders, including alcohol and benzodiazepine addiction. Their IOP program is organized into focused therapy options for trauma-related needs, general mental health treatment, substance use recovery, and treatment that addresses both mental health and substance use together. Across tracks, clients work toward skills such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and improved interpersonal effectiveness. Substance use programming can also address DUI-related matters.

Group sessions are limited to as many as eight participants and emphasize coping strategies, skills building, and peer support. Sanare Today also invites family members to join group therapy every few weeks to practice the same tools and gain a clearer understanding of each client’s recovery process.

After outreach, the intake team aims to coordinate an appointment within 24 hours, and in some cases clients may begin therapy on the same day. The trauma-informed group schedule runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., with individual therapy available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at different times. For the mental health-only track, groups meet on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, either from 9:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. or from 10:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Sanare Today operates additional facilities across Wilmington, Philadelphia, Lancaster, and Raleigh, including specialized IOP tracks for women, adolescents, tweens, and LGBTQ+ adults. The center uses InSync as its patient portal, allowing clients to review treatment notes during and after their program.
