About Pace Inc

Located near the Pennsylvania border along I-95, Sanare Today North Wilmington provides adults in the Wilmington area with intensive outpatient (IOP) support for a wide range of mental health concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, codependency, depression, grief, OCD, PTSD, suicidality, self-harm, and trauma. They also offer IOP care for substance use disorders involving alcohol and benzodiazepines. The program focuses on building mindfulness, strengthening distress tolerance, improving emotion regulation, and enhancing interpersonal effectiveness. Sessions are offered in small groups of up to eight participants, combining coping strategies, skills practice, and peer support. Sanare Today also encourages family involvement, inviting relatives to attend group therapy sessions every few weeks so they can learn the tools used in treatment and understand the client’s recovery process.

After outreach, the intake team works to connect patients within 24 hours, and in some cases they may schedule therapy for the same day.

Sanare Today North Wilmington offers mental health treatment at the following times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 to 11:15 a.m.; Monday through Thursday from 12:00 to 2:15 p.m.; and Monday through Thursday from 5:30 to 7:45 p.m. Substance use treatment is available during Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 to 11:15 a.m., and Monday through Thursday from 5:30 to 7:45 p.m. The morning schedule on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday is designed to accommodate working professionals.

The center also has multiple other locations across the Wilmington, Philly, Lancaster, and Raleigh regions, including specialized IOP tracks for women, adolescents, tweens, and LGBTQ+ adults. Sanare Today uses InSync as its patient portal, allowing clients to access treatment notes during and after their care.
