About Narconon Colorado
Narconon Colorado is a Scientology-based organization that follows teachings of its founder, L. Ron Hubbard, about how substance use and addiction should be treated. The approach starts with a drug-free, non-medical withdrawal phase, created to help participants stop using drugs as quickly and comfortably as possible. After that, Narconon uses a combination of physical exercise, proper nutrition, and time in a dry-heat sauna to support clients in getting rid of substances associated with cravings. The program then moves to a sequence of Life Skills Courses, which are intended to help people stay sober by teaching strategies for handling the highs and lows of life, clarifying personal values, and adapting to changing circumstances.
In Fort Collins, Colorado, Narconon has worked with clients to achieve sobriety for nearly 50 years. The facility includes a spacious campus and home setting, with shared areas for group meetings and activities such as basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, billiards, and ping-pong, along with ample outdoor walking space. Clients also receive meals focused on nutritional quality. Narconon is LegitScript certified and accredited by the Joint Commission.
