Participants stay in private beachfront villas in Spain, where a counselor is on site around the clock. New Life Marbella draws on a broad range of therapeutic options to match each person’s needs. Sessions may include oxygen therapy, biochemical restoration, neurofeedback, rTMS (repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation), EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), bio-hacking, functional medicine, psychology, case and recovery management, motivational interviewing, Big Book Study, equine therapy, and sports rehabilitation. Clients also have the opportunity to structure their own weekly routine and are encouraged to include time for enjoyable activities.

The program offers either a 7-day detox or an accelerated Ibogaine detox, followed by a foundational 4-week contract and an 11-month aftercare plan. Once the full agreement is confirmed, no additional payments are required from the client. Medically supervised detox helps keep each client safe and comfortable as they begin the transition into treatment. Throughout the journey, clients receive care from New Life Marbella’s team, including doctors, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, counselors, nutritionists, yoga instructors, personal trainers, and others.

New Life Marbella also provides private residences across Marbella in scenic settings surrounded by nature, creating a calm and restorative atmosphere. Each home includes a personal in-house chef, recovery manager, functional medicine practitioner, nutritionist, and live-in therapist. Some properties feature pools with views of the Mediterranean, while others are located closer to the city center. Clients can choose the living environment that best fits them, making the overall experience comfortable and tailored to their needs.
