About Aspire Counseling Services LLC

In the bright Santa Clarita Valley, Aspire Counseling Services offers outpatient support for adults and adolescents dealing with substance use disorders (SUD), mental health concerns, and related co-occurring conditions. The center delivers comprehensive drug and alcohol treatment through several outpatient care formats, with intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) being the primary options. Clients can access individual, couples, family, and group counseling for men, women, and teens aged 12–17. Aspire also provides structured addiction recovery groups, educational sessions, relapse prevention, drug and alcohol testing, crisis support, and aftercare. Its evidence-based approach is tailored to match the specific needs of each person.

Aspire is designed for individuals who face emotional or behavioral challenges but do not need the most intensive inpatient level of psychiatric care, or who no longer require it after treatment in that setting. Through its Behavioral Health IOP, participants receive short-term help to stabilize psychiatric symptoms while continuing to live independently. Most services are provided in small group sessions scheduled three times a week, with sessions lasting about three hours, along with meetings with an Aspire clinician. The program uses a holistic model that blends evidence-based therapies with additional experiential approaches, including animal therapy, art therapy, mindfulness practices, meditation, yoga, and music therapy.

For those who require a higher level of psychiatric care, Aspire’s PHP provides a more focused and intensive treatment structure until the individual is ready to step down to IOP support. The Adolescent IOP is built to respond to the specific needs of young people aged 12–17 who are struggling with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, or a significant crisis. Offered as a short-term program, it is designed to help adolescents remain in school and preserve much of their everyday routine. The goal is to support teens in reducing substance-related problems, regulating emotions, and strengthening self-care skills.
