About Paradigm Treatment Centers
Paradigm Treatment helps young adults address the underlying drivers of mental health and behavioral challenges, so they can move beyond simply managing symptoms and work toward true recovery. A core part of their model is intensive one-on-one and group therapy, guided by a detailed intake process that carefully shapes each treatment plan to fit the individual needs of every client.
At Paradigm, clients receive a well-rounded mix of evidence-based and holistic services that extend beyond typical care. Interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) are complemented by nutrition counseling and expressive activities including art and dance, supporting wellness on multiple levels. The program includes four weekly individual therapy sessions, daily group therapy, family therapy, and access to experienced psychiatric specialists, offering a high level of support designed to promote real, lasting change.
The center is designed to feel calming and restorative, with private rooms where clients can rest in a secure, comfortable environment. Shared community areas help encourage social connection and relaxation, with amenities like a fitness center, recreation room, and outdoor lounge. Clients also benefit from chef-prepared, nourishing meals that support health from the inside out.
Paradigm emphasizes that progress is strongest when clients stay connected and supported. After program completion, participants can continue through virtual alumni initiatives and ongoing check-in meetings. This continued involvement helps clients maintain momentum, strengthen coping skills, and develop meaningful relationships that support their ongoing recovery.
