About Everlast Recovery Centers
In sunny Southern California, Everlast Recovery provides sub-acute detox and residential care for substance use disorders and people with co-occurring mental health conditions. The program combines individual, group, and family counseling with wellness-focused activities such as relaxation practices, mindfulness, yoga, art, music, and equine therapy. Clients receive regular one-on-one sessions with licensed therapists and also work with other specialists, while a medical doctor evaluates them at least weekly. Everlast’s approach helps clients build effective coping skills as they move through sobriety and guides them in creating a recovery plan for life after treatment. Residential stays commonly range from 30 to 60 days, based on each person’s needs. Before transitioning to outpatient care, every patient completes their therapy goals and receives medical clearance.
Family visits are welcomed and encouraged each Sunday afternoon. Throughout treatment, patients may participate in community outings such as hiking, as well as trips to the beach or local museums. The center offers outdoor gardens, a pool, and nourishing home-cooked meals.
