About Grandview Foundation

Grandview Foundation is a nonprofit organization supporting people who struggle with substance use as well as co-occurring health and mental health conditions. The center provides detoxification, residential care, intensive outpatient (IOP), sober living, and outpatient services. Adults in Los Angeles County who are 18 years old or older and have Drug Medi Cal coverage can apply to Grandview. While IOP and outpatient services are offered exclusively to men, residential treatment and sober living options are also limited to men. Treatment includes one-on-one sessions with licensed therapists, group therapy, 12-Step facilitation, and a range of structured leisure activities, all delivered through an evidence-based approach. Group sizes are capped at 12 participants to maintain a more personalized, supportive setting. Sessions address relapse prevention and a variety of related topics, including finding safety, anger management, self-esteem, domestic violence, and other common challenges. Grandview Foundation also aims to make clients feel comfortable by offering residential treatment in a home-like setting, with fully furnished houses and welcoming accommodations across California.
