Additionally, the center plans to introduce self-paced digital courses soon, which clients can access via a waitlist. Regular off-site yoga sessions are held on the third Friday of each month from 7:00 to 8:15 PM in Oakland, accommodating up to 25 participants. Reservations in advance are welcome.
