About South Coast Behavioral Health - Newport Beach
South Coast Behavioral Health is an addiction treatment program that provides care across the full continuum. The center uses an evidence-based and whole-person approach, with a variety of therapeutic services such as psychodrama, nutrition counseling, art and music therapy, group sessions, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). South Coast also supports clients who have co-occurring mental health conditions, offers a dedicated treatment track for Native Americans, and provides gender-specific groups.
South Coast Behavioral Health offers a complete set of programs to support clients throughout long-term recovery. Services include detox, residential treatment designed for specific genders, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). The center helps clients with transportation arrangements, including booking flights or coordinating a driver. South Coast also provides an alumni program to help participants stay connected and build community after completing treatment.
