About Village of Hope New Brunswick

Village of Hope was established in 2008 by two pastors and is a 10-month rehabilitation program for adult men and women. The program is designed to support participants in developing spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Throughout the months, individuals focus on strengthening personal responsibility, improving employability and job skills, working through inner healing, and restoring relationships within their families.

The program begins with a first phase that lasts roughly four weeks. This stage serves as an introduction to the Village of Hope model. During these weeks, participants explore Christianity and practical Christian living. Starting about three weeks into the program, family visits may begin. Before visiting, visitors are required to attend an orientation session. Visits take place every Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. During these times, families can choose to join “Family Recovery,” a structured nine-week course carried out together with the program participants and their families.
