About Psychological Care and Healing Center

Psychological Care and Healing Center (PCH) provides emotional support and treatment for a broad spectrum of mental health and wellness needs, including anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, low self-worth, suicidal thoughts, dissociative disorders, and more. PCH delivers partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), supportive housing, traditional housing, and Telehealth services.

PCH combines primary and transitional care approaches in a practical, “real-life” environment. The center offers carefully structured clinical programming designed for individuals who are having difficulty and seeks to be a distinctive option compared with other treatment facilities and psychiatric hospitals. PCH emphasizes that recovery happens on each person’s own timeline, with a required minimum of 30 days, while typical stays commonly last between 60 and 90 days. This scheduling flexibility helps meet a range of personal circumstances.

A variety of therapeutic groups are available to match clients’ needs, from chronic pain management to cinema-therapy. Following a detailed initial evaluation, clients may receive up to five individual therapy sessions weekly, supported by group work. Services can include neurofeedback, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and wellness-focused activities such as yoga, mindfulness meditation, and sleep therapy.

For clients who want to continue treatment while living in a secure home setting, PCH offers supportive housing with three options: an all-women’s residence, an all-men’s residence, and a non-gender-specific home. All residences are located close to the PCH treatment clinic. Residents may walk through a peaceful residential area or use transportation provided by PCH. Homes are fully furnished, meals are provided, and clients are encouraged to enjoy local community resources such as a gym, yoga studios, and a pottery studio.

The Psychological Care and Healing Center is Joint Commission accredited and accepts private pay only.
