Outside, two separate seating areas invite relaxation, conversation, and community at any time, supported by the pleasant Southern California weather.

The property sits on a quiet residential street just north of Venice Boulevard, offering easy access to the rest of the city. Nearby, only a few blocks away, a recreation center provides tennis, soccer, basketball, baseball fields, BBQ areas, and outdoor gym equipment.
