Monte Nido Los Angeles offers outpatient treatment for eating disorders and related conditions for adolescents and adults of all genders. The program focuses on issues that often occur alongside eating disorders, including PTSD and substance use, using evidence-based methods as well as mindfulness-based approaches. Services include cognitive processing therapy, motivational enhancement therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, nutrition-focused programming with meal and dietary sessions, and family therapy.
